ITINERARY
*Itineraries are planned with great care. For operational reasons, it may be necessary to change the sequence of activities or the intended routes taken, and although such cases are rare, The Photo Safari Company recommends that itineraries should be treated only as a guideline.
Accommodation
Our safaris only use *5 star hotels and *luxury tented private safari concessions within the game parks.
Small intimate group of photographers
This safari is designed for a small and intimate group of photographers, with a maximum of 10 guests. We will be able to offer each guest as much, or as little personalized photographic support as required.
Photographic Opportunity: High
All our safaris provide a high level of photographic opportunities. Whether these are local culture, landscapes or wildlife, we guarantee that you will always have something new to photograph during your time with us.
Safari Pace: Medium-High
This safari is a medium to high pace schedule. It has been planned to ensure your return on investment is high, with maximising photographic opportunities at multiple times per day.
Downtime: Sufficient
We have planned sufficient downtime throughout this safari, however, we understand some guests may require a slower paced schedule.
You may always opt-out of any activity and give yourself more downtime to relax and enjoy your surroundings. There is never any pressure to attend all the scheduled activities.
We will, of course, ensure you are well looked after while the rest of the group is out on activities should you wish to not participate.
Day 1: Charter Flight and Acclimatization

Charter flight from Gaborone to and Maun. Local transfer by our safari guides to private concession camp.

Day 2: Walk on the Wild Side

Day 3: Wetland Safari

Day 5: Full Day in the Park

Spend the entire day exploring Chobi National Park with our professional guides. Includes game drives and river cruise. Lunch and beverages provides throughout the day.

Day 6: Departure

IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION
The Cost
The price of this African wildlife photographic safari is based upon double occupancy (two people sharing a room/tent) is $8,199.00.
Should there be availability, we would be happy to arrange a private room/tent for solo guest. The supplement for a private room is $1,499.00.
If we have two solo guests and you wish to share a room, we will do our best to match you with another guest of the same gender. Should either solo guest not wish to share a room/tent with another guest, then the single supplement of $1,499.00 will be charged.

REGISTRATION, DEPOSIT, PAYMENT & TERMS
Registration

We require all guests to complete the online registration form prior to making your deposit. The information captured in this registration process is only used by Photo Safari Company.

Deposit

A 25% non-refundable deposit is due at the time of registration to secure your place on this photographic safari.

We understand that life can be unpredictable, therefore we can offer you a credit for another future dated safari if you need to cancel your chosen scheduled safari.
We do not offer refunds from the deposit.

Photo Safari Company use PayPal for taking the initial 25% deposit.

Payment Terms

The 25% non-refundable deposit is to reserve your place on this safari.

Remaining balance of investment is strictly 90 days prior to start of the safari.

Should you fail to pay the outstanding balance, you will forfeit your deposit and your reservation on your chosen safari.

We reserve the right to amend our advertised rates should our costs increase due to unforeseen increases with our partners. However, will honour any confirmed booking at existing agreed rates.

Confirmed booking definition: Photo Safari Company has invoiced the booking in full, received full payment for the booking.
