If you find the exact same safari, whether it’s a luxury safari, a guided photographic safari, or accommodation at one of our partner camps, with the same inclusions, dates, and number of guests, at a lower per-person, per-night rate, we’ll not only match it, we’ll beat it by 5%.
The Fine Print
We’re transparent, so here are the simple rules that keep this fair for everyone:

Exact Match Only: The lower rate must be for the same safari style (luxury safari, photographic safari, or accommodation), with identical inclusions (lodges/camps, meals, transfers, activities, etc.), travel dates, and number of guests.

Verified Public Rate: The rate must be publicly available through an authorized operator, agent, or direct booking site at the time of comparison.

Special promotions or “loss leader” rates offered below the official partner-provided rates.

Group, corporate, or wholesale pricing not offered to the public.

Pricing errors, misprints, or rates from unauthorized resellers.

Partner Rates Apply: We can only guarantee pricing above or equal to the official contracted rates provided to us by our partner camps, lodges, and safari operators.

Currency Conversion: Comparisons are made in the same currency using the exchange rate on the day of the claim.
