Every scheduled safari is professionally planned and carefully managed from the moment you book through to the completion of your safari itinerary.

From arrival at your safari start location, you’ll be met and supported through all in-safari logistics, allowing you to focus entirely on the experience and your photography.

You travel in small groups with experienced photographic hosts, on itineraries specifically designed for wildlife photography in exceptional wilderness locations.

Once your place is confirmed, you’ll receive detailed pre-departure guidance covering travel preparation, equipment recommendations, and everything you need to arrive fully prepared. Our team remains available to support you throughout the lead-up to departure and during your time on safari.

Not at all. Our scheduled photo safaris welcome photographers of all experience levels. Whether you are learning camera fundamentals or refining advanced techniques, guidance is available throughout the safari whenever you want it.

Group sizes are intentionally limited to ensure space, flexibility, and optimal photographic positioning. The exact number varies by itinerary, but all safaris are designed to maintain a small-group experience.

Detailed equipment guidance is provided before departure, including recommended lenses, camera bodies, accessories, and packing advice. You’ll know exactly what to bring and how to prepare.

In many cases, yes. Some guests travel with partners who simply enjoy wildlife viewing. However, the experience is designed primarily around photography, so we recommend discussing individual safari suitability with us if travelling with a non-photographer.

After securing your place, you’ll receive comprehensive pre-departure information covering travel preparation, packing guidance, photography considerations, and logistical details. Ongoing support is available right up to departure.

International flights to and from Africa are typically not included unless specifically stated in the itinerary. Internal safari flights and transfers may be included depending on the safari — full details are provided for each departure.

Yes. Many guests choose to add extra destinations, private extensions, or additional travel before or after their scheduled safari. These arrangements can often be organised alongside your booking.

If a safari is full, you may be able to join a waitlist in case of cancellations. We can also recommend similar departures or alternative travel dates.
